• You may request a refund by providing your order number (sent to you after order confirmation).
• You may optionally explain the reason for your refund request—your feedback helps us improve our products and services.
• All refund decisions are subject to review and approval by the BareillyManjha.in support team.
• The amount will be credited in the original payment method in 8 to 10 days .

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests will be accepted only if made within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Cancellation will not be accepted if:
  • The product has been used.
  • The order has already been processed, packed, or shipped by our vendors/merchants.
• Orders placed during kite festivals or on special limited-time offers cannot be cancelled.
• Fragile items such as kites, etc., are not eligible for cancellation once the order is placed.
• If you believe the product received is not as shown or not as expected, you must inform our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. After reviewing your complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision.

Delivery Time

• All the orders are shipped and delivered in 4 to 7 days in the respective address.
• 4–5 days in Northern India
• 6–7 days in Rest of India
• We do not take responsibility for delays caused by the courier company.
